Unjustified product return requests must be made in writing within 14 days following the delivery of the goods to you, including your order number.
The products to be returned must be delivered to us through the cargo company that Aricia Istanbul works with.
Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted by us as Aricia Istanbul.

How many days is the return period?
You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition you received it within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging or using the product.

The amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card within 7 (seven) business days after we receive your returned products. Due to banks, it may sometimes take longer for the amount to be reflected on your card.

Problems caused by delivery
In shipments made with a private cargo company, if the package is damaged during transportation, the damage is compensated by Aricia Istanbul.
If a damaged package reaches you, the products should not be received and a report should be made to the cargo officer.
Once the package is received by you, it is deemed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.
